Village Clerk
Responsibilities
The Village Clerk is appointed by the Village Board and is responsible for:
- Administering municipal elections
- Processing Voter Registrations
- Issuing Absentee Ballots
- Publishing Legal notices
- Preparing agendas and minutes for Village Board, Village Committees/Commissions and public meetings
- Maintains all official public records of the Village and responds to Open Records requests
- Maintains and publishes the Village of Little Chute Municipal Code
- Issuing Alcohol licenses, cigarette licenses, parade and similar type permits
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available for rent at the Library/Civic Center for nonprofit organizations and Little Chute Residents. The Deputy Clerk handles reservations for the meeting rooms. Please call 423-3851 with any questions about meeting rooms and fees that apply.
