Strategic Planning Advisory Committee
In 2014, the Village of Little Chute embarked on a strategic planning process. From January through November of 2014, the Village Board, Village staff and an appointed committee of community members met to draft, present and adopt this plan. The Strategic Planning Advisory Committee is an ad hoc committee. While there were a lot of meetings and discussions on the future of Little Chute, now that the plan is adopted, the real work begins. For more information on the finished product, please go to the 2015-2019 Strategic Plan site.
Strategic planning is a way of thinking, acting and learning. It takes a comprehensive view by focusing on the big picture, but it also leads to specific, targeted actions. Strategic Planning is “a disciplined effort to produce fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organization is, what it does and why it does it.”
If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please contact Interim Village Administrator, Darrell Hofland at 920-423-3850 or by email.
