The Village of Little Chute is a community of just over 10,000 residents located in the heart of the Fox River Valley between Appleton and Green Bay. Little Chute is committed to preserving community character, enhancing the quality of life, and building a sustainable community for future generations through visionary leadership and citizen engagement. A variety of festivals, amenities, and parking and walking trails. 

The intersection of Interstate 41 allows for easy access to the downtown. Located in downtown Little Chute is a number of restaurants and the historic Windmill.

The Windmill/Windmill Plaza: The Windmill visitor center and adjacent 8,500 sq. ft Little Chute Windmill Plaza is the authentic Windmill, standing over 100 feet tall, fully functioning. The Windmill was designed and built in the Netherlands, disassembled, and shipped to Little Chute for reassembly. The Windmill is located only 10 minutes from Appleton and 20 minutes from Oshkosh or Green Bay. 

  • Library Services:The Village of Little Chute and Kimberly joined forces in 1994 and the Gerard H. Van Hoof Memorial Library in Little Chute and the James J. Siebers Memorial Library in Kimberly became known as the Kimberly-Little Chute Joint Public Library. Library staff works in both location under the direction of the Library Director who oversees both locations. 
  • Public Safety: Fox Valley Metro Police Department, Little Chute Volunteer Fire Department, and the Building Inspections Department
